Dr. Immin Chung Poser is also a scholar, with special interest in contemporary music,
and an active member of Swiss Music Researchers Association.  She has published two
major research papers, which deal extensively with two major composers of the twentieth
century:  
A Study and Analysis on "Contrasts" of Béla Bartók (Seoul National University
Publication number: B0000857193) and
Mathematical and Architectural Concepts
Manifested in Iannis Xenakis's Piano Music
(UMI Publication number: AAT 3117893).

Ms. Chung Poser is active as a widely recognized
and sought after educator. She has taught and is
currently appointed at several music schools in
Switzerland. Her piano teaching ranges from
four-year-olds to adults, from beginners to piano
majors.

She has been teaching private and group lessons of
solfege, sight-reading, music history and theory, as
well as piano performance for ten years. She worked
as a Teaching Assistant at Seoul National University
and at the University of Texas at Austin, where she
taught university music students.

Her knowledge, patience, intuition and compassion
for her students are highly praised and her advanced
and effective use of technique for class piano
teaching is also very well acknowledged.
